Paul Koetke

Managing Partner

Paul is the lead consultant at Koetke Consulting LLC focusing on building dynamic work processes. Over his career, he has spent time on projects in many industries from construction management to healthcare to retail.

Prior to starting his own firm, Paul worked at Smartsheet as a Customer Success Manager. During his time there, he worked in a hybrid sales and consulting role to help customers develop their use of Smartsheet across their businesses. Following his passion for helping clients realize meaningful transformation in their businesses he decided to venture out and build his own consulting practice

Paul holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has lived and worked across the United States and Europe, and speaks English, French and is learning German. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing, biking or hiking depending on the season.
