I didn't set out to specialize in real estate-driven businesses. The work took me there.

Early in my career I worked across a wide range of industries. Construction, healthcare, retail, senior living. I enjoyed the variety, and I got good at translating complex operational problems into Smartsheet solutions that actually worked.

But I kept noticing something. The companies managing large portfolios of physical locations had problems that were consistently harder, more consequential, and more satisfying to solve. A delayed $42M site acquisition. A $180M CapEx budget nobody could see in real time. A store refresh program running blind across 6,800 properties. These weren't inconveniences. They were problems with real dollars attached.

I also noticed those projects delivered the most meaningful results for my clients. So I made a deliberate decision to focus there.

Today I work exclusively with data center operators and multi-site portfolio companies. Not because I had to, but because it's where I can do my best work and where that work matters most.
